Resized a complex, multi metal woven ring
Mr Saxon was wonderful! I had asked a previous master jeweler about resizing my wedding ring and was told it too challenging to resize such a complex, multimetal woven band. Mr. Saxon got back to me quickly, set up an appointment and immediately confirmed that he would be able to fix it. When I got it back it was perfect! Beautiful work, seamlessly completed and I will be proud to wear it

My wedding ring was run over by my husband’s car in our garage and I was devastated. It was basically destroyed! My insurance company recommended Saxon Jewelers to take my ring to. The adjuster told me that they wouldn’t take it to anyone else and that they have seen them do the impossible! Well, you wouldn’t even know that my ring was 10 years old. It now looks brand new, like it’s never been worn and never been damaged. They really did an awesome job, and I couldn’t be happier. If you need anything fixed, these are the guys to go to!

Mike was wonderful to work with. We had him make a custom engagement ring, and after showing him a few ideas he knew exactly what I wanted. I also kept making his job harder by asking if he could do one thing after another and he never said no, he always found a way to accomplish exactly what I was looking for. We thought the ring would have to be with a jeweler for at least a week or two, but he turned it around in ONE day! His demeanor is also very calm and never made us feel rushed or like we didn’t know what we were talking about (which some jewelers tend to do!) As someone who had very little jewelry buying experience and next to no jewelry knowledge, looking for the perfect engagement ring was a daunting task. I visited as many stores and talked to as many jewelers as humanly possible, but deciding to go with Saxon Jewelers was far and away the best decision I made throughout this whole process (besides proposing to my girlfriend, of course!) I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for in a ring to make it as personal and special as possible, but (and as I suspect most people is my shoes would be), I was nervous about finding someone who would get my vision and could do it right AND within my modest budget, especially as it was going to be a custom job. Mike Saxon came through on all counts. He was awesome to work with and made a SPECTACULAR ring that my fiancee can’t stop staring at and showing off. He even called and emailed me often so that I could come in and see how the process was going. This is not the kind of service you’ll get at most places, and I appreciated getting to witness it step by step. If you want to buy a piece of jewelry that’s going to turn out beautiful, be special for the receiver, be made by a trustworthy and immensely skilled jeweler, and that’s not going to bust your bank account, I cannot recommend Saxon Jewelers enough.
